Operational and preventive measures by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continue with the aim of detecting and seizing illegally held firearms and ammunition.

It was reported that on March 14 and 15, police officers detected and seized 2 automatic weapons, 1 pistol, 2 grenades, 15 rifles, 2 magazines, and 66 cartridges of various calibers in the capital and various districts of the republic.
