Ismayil Huseynov, a resident of Neftchala district, was stopped for inspection at a stationary post of the Road Patrol Regiment while driving a “BMW” brand car on the Alat–Astara highway. As the driver's behavior raised suspicion during the document check, he was subjected to a medical examination. The examination revealed that the person was under the influence of a narcotic substance.
Modern.az reports that in connection with the incident, liability measures were taken against I. Huseynov in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
The Main State Traffic Police Department once again demands that individuals who endanger the lives of innocent people by driving vehicles under the influence of narcotic substances cease their unlawful actions, and warns that the strictest, most resolute, and uncompromising measures against such incidents will continue to be taken.
