The Turkish Embassy in Baku has commented on the fake news spread in Turkey recently regarding Azerbaijan.
Modern.az reports that Alptekin Cihangir İşbilir, the press counselor of the Turkish Embassy, spoke about this at a meeting held at the Youth Assistance Fund.
He said that the Embassy is working for the development of the Turkey-Azerbaijan Media Platform and for it to take a more prominent role in the processes:
“We will fight against internal and external forces attempting to disrupt Turkey-Azerbaijan relations. Mutual discussions must be held, and these forces must be combated. We must be more closely connected to each other. We will not leave any gaps for others to interfere. There are also those who fall for the schemes of internal and external forces attempting to disrupt Azerbaijan-Turkey relations. But against this, we must unite more closely,” he noted.
