In accordance with the relevant instruction of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev, a military parade will be held in Baku on November 8, on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of Victory Day.
Modern.az reports that the Ministry of Defense has issued a statement regarding this.
In connection with the preparations for the parade, exercises are being conducted with units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including the Azerbaijan Army.
During the preparatory exercises, flights of aviation vehicles, movement and redeployment of automotive and combat equipment, as well as ships along designated routes, are carried out in Baku city and surrounding areas.
