Modern.az reports that this was stated by the well-known astrologer Sabuhi Rahimli in his political forecast for November.
The astrologer noted that he did not want to name names due to the investigation. He said that three officials would be arrested:
“Three prominent officials will be sacrificed in this process,” S. Rahimli emphasized.
He stressed that the manat would remain stable in November-December and that there was no danger of devaluation. In addition, the astrologer stated that price increases would continue.
