President Ilham Aliyev signed the charter for Azerbaijan to join the “Peace Council” as a Founding Member State.

Modern.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev and other heads of state and government participating in the event signed the document “Charter of the Peace Council” (“Board of Peace Charter”).
