In accordance with the “Rules for the Organization of Call Centers in State Bodies” approved by Decision No. 50 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a Call Center of the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations has been established with the aim of efficiently organizing the review of citizens' appeals, providing prompt responses, and increasing the effectiveness of services provided.

It was reported that through this new service, citizens can receive answers to various questions related to the Committee's activities, as well as submit their complaints and suggestions.
Citizens can contact regarding relevant issues by directly calling “8160” from their landline or mobile phones.
It should be noted that the Call Center operates on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00.
