The evacuation of citizens from Iran, both from Azerbaijan and other countries, continues.
Modern.az reports that a total of 2283 people, including citizens of various countries, were evacuated from Iran from February 28, 8:00 AM to March 12, 10:00 AM.
Thus, 685 citizens from China, 395 from Azerbaijan, 293 from Russia, 174 from Tajikistan, 140 from Pakistan, 68 from Indonesia, 57 from Oman, 44 from Italy, 29 from Iran, 26 from Spain, 25 from Algeria, 18 from Saudi Arabia, 17 from Japan, 16 from France, 16 from Germany, 13 from Georgia, 13 from Nigeria, 12 from Hungary, 12 from Poland, 12 from Uzbekistan, 11 from Switzerland, 11 from Mexico, 10 from Belarus, 10 from Bulgaria, 10 from Democratic Congo, 10 from Canada, 9 from Great Britain, 8 from Brazil, and 8 from Kazakhstan were evacuated.
The list also includes 6 citizens each from the UAE, Slovakia, Belgium, and Romania; 5 citizens each from Serbia, Czech Republic, Afghanistan, Austria, and India; 4 citizens each from Jordan, Bangladesh, Turkey, Ukraine, Sri Lanka, Kuwait, Bahrain, USA, Finland, and Netherlands; 3 citizens each from Qatar, Philippines, Croatia, Denmark, and Australia; and 2 citizens each from Nepal, Lebanon, Yemen, Kyrgyzstan, Sweden, Sudan, Cyprus, and Slovenia.
At the same time, 1 person each was evacuated from Tunisia, South Africa, Maldives, Myanmar, Cuba, Vatican, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Latvia, Egypt, and Belize.
It should be noted that due to the lack of a concrete agreement in the nuclear program talks between the US and Iran, the US and Israel began military air attacks on Iran starting from February 28. In response, Iran also attacked Israel and US military facilities in regional countries with missiles and drones from the same day.
