In Buzovna settlement of Khazar district, a person damaging rock formations has been detained, and a criminal case has been initiated.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It was noted that on March 23, illegal works in the mentioned area were identified and stopped by police officers. Investigations revealed that the aforementioned works were organized by Alasgar Jafarov, born in 1978, and the removal of rock formations was carried out by equipment operated by Tabriz Orujov, born in 1985.
Regarding the incident, a criminal case has been initiated by the Investigation Department of the Khazar District Police Department under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code, and A. Jafarov has been brought to justice.
Investigations are ongoing.
