“VMF” company has announced a vacancy for the position of Human Resources Manager.
Modern.az reports that the workplace for the vacancy is located in Baku city, on Narimanov Avenue. The work schedule is 6 days a week. It is noted that the salary is 1200 AZN and may vary depending on the candidate's knowledge and skills.
According to the announcement, the candidate must perform important duties such as developing and managing the company's human resources strategy, workforce planning, organizing the recruitment process, developing training and development programs, and implementing a performance appraisal system.
In addition, automation of HR processes, maintaining personnel records in accordance with labor legislation, and submitting regular reports to management are also among the main responsibilities.
Candidates are required to have a higher education, a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the relevant field, good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and fluent speaking skills in Azerbaijani and Russian. Knowledge of English is considered an advantage. At the same time, the ability to work with 1C and MS Excel programs is one of the important conditions.
