Iran's Foreign Minister thanked the countries of the region.
Modern.az reports that Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi expressed his gratitude to a number of states for the support provided for the evacuation of Iranian citizens.
In his statement, the Minister particularly emphasized the role of the governments of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Armenia, and Afghanistan. According to him, these countries provided significant cooperation in logistical matters and made a serious contribution to the implementation of the process.
Araqchi noted that thanks to the coordinated activities of the regional states, the safe transportation of Iranian citizens was made possible.
