In some regions of Azerbaijan, from March 27 to 31, the weather conditions are expected to be intermittently rainy with intense character, and snow is expected in mountainous areas.
On March 27-28, in various places in the Guba-Gusar (Siyazan, Shabran, Khizi, Guba, Gusar, Khachmaz), Mountainous Shirvan (Shamakhi, Agsu, Gobustan), Central Aran (Hajigabul, Neftchala, Sabirabad, Salyan), Karabakh and East Zangezur (Aghdam, Khankendi, Shusha, Jabrayil, Kalbajar, Gubadli, Lachin, Zangilan) regions, heavy precipitation, lightning, and hail are probable.
An increase in water levels in rivers, and short-term floods and mudslides are expected in some mountain rivers, especially in rivers flowing through the Guba-Gusar, Mountainous Shirvan, Karabakh and East Zangezur regions.
Due to unstable weather conditions, the air temperature will drop by 3-5 degrees compared to previous days.
At night and in the morning, there is a possibility of roads freezing in some mountainous areas.
