In the past period, 856 children were adopted by the Social Services Agency under the Ministry. Of them, 432 are boys and 424 are girls.

It was stated that to study the conditions of children in the families where they were adopted, monitoring is carried out quarterly in the first year of adoption until they reach the age of 18, and once a year in subsequent years.
As a result of the reintegration measures of the Agency, which started its activity in mid-2020, 864 children, including 471 boys and 393 girls, were returned to their families from state child institutions in the past period.
Additionally, the placement of 889 children in institutions by their families was prevented, and the retention of these children in their own families was ensured.
