Iran's Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araqchi expressed his special gratitude to Azerbaijan for the humanitarian aid and support provided.
Modern.az reports that the minister made a post in Azerbaijani on his X account regarding this.
“I express my gratitude to the government and people of Azerbaijan for the humanitarian aid, as well as for the conditions created for the delivery of aid from other countries. This support demonstrated in difficult times is based on the common culture uniting the peoples of Iran and Azerbaijan,” the post noted.
It should be recalled that after the first aid sent on March 10, based on an agreement reached between President Ilham Aliyev and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on March 18, a second humanitarian aid convoy was dispatched to Iran.
