Intermittent rain is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula from the morning of April 4 until the daytime of April 6.

There is a possibility that the rain will intensify in some parts of the peninsula, and on April 4, it will be heavy for a short period during the day, with lightning. The expected intense and intermittently strengthening rains are likely to affect areas prone to suburban flooding.
In the regions of Azerbaijan, from the morning of April 4, starting from the western regions, until the morning of April 7, the weather conditions are expected to be intermittently rainy, with precipitation being intense in some places, and heavy in individual eastern regions, accompanied by lightning, hail, and snow in some mountainous areas.
An increase in water levels in rivers is expected, and short-term floods and mudslides from some mountain rivers, especially those in the Guba-Gusar region, are not excluded.
After the rainy weather conditions expected on April 4-7, although there will be a short break in precipitation on the daytime of April 7 and on April 8, rainy weather conditions will be observed again from the daytime of April 9.
It should be noted that during the first ten days of April, the weather conditions across the country will be variable and intermittently rainy.
