A new appointment has been made at the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads (AAYDA).
Modern.az reports that in this regard, Vüsal Nəsirli, the chairman of the AAYDA management board, signed an order.
According to the order, Mammadaliyev Mahmud Mammad oglu has been appointed as an advisor to the chairman of the AAYDA management board. Prior to this appointment, he was the head of the Economics Department of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population.
M. Mammadaliyev, who was appointed as an advisor, is the brother-in-law of AAYDA chairman Vüsal Nəsirli. It should be noted that Vüsal Nəsirli was appointed as the head of AAYDA approximately 2 months ago - on February 6, 2026.
Another interesting point is that Mahmud Mammadaliyev was appointed as a department head at the MLSPS in 2019, precisely when Vüsal Nəsirli was the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Population.("Unikal.az")
