The preliminary investigation of a criminal case related to the illegal actions of an official in Zaqatala has been completed.
According to information provided to Modern.az by the Zaqatala District Prosecutor's Office, the preliminary investigation into the criminal case initiated by the district prosecutor's office regarding the illegal actions of Latifa Hasilova, the former director of the Aydın Əhmədov No. 6 Nursery and Kindergarten in Zaqatala city, has concluded.
During the investigation, reasonable suspicions were identified that Latifa Hasilova, while working in the aforementioned position, received a large amount of money as a bribe from a total of 10 people for the purpose of their employment at the institution she managed, and committed other illegal acts.
Based on the collected evidence, Latifa Hasilova was formally charged under Articles 311.3.2 and 311.3.3 (repeated bribery and bribery on a large scale) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The preliminary investigation into the criminal case has been completed, and the case, along with the indictment, has been sent to the Shaki Court for Grave Crimes for consideration.
