"According to the Law on Political Parties", parties must submit their annual financial reports, along with an auditor's opinion, to the CEC no later than April 1st each year.
The parties have already submitted their reports to the CEC.
Modern.az has investigated how much membership fees parties collected for 2025.
New Azerbaijan Party (YAP)
In 2025, the amount of membership fees collected by YAP was 33,936,225 manats. Compared to the previous period, 2,548,275 manats more in membership fees were collected. Thus, in 2024, the amount of membership fees collected was 31,387,950 manats.
Musavat Party
It appears from the party's submitted report that no membership fees were collected in 2025. The amount of membership fees collected during the previous period was 14,063 manats. During the reporting period, 20,000 manats were donated to the party.
Justice and Truth Party (HƏP)
The amount of membership fees collected by the party in 2025 was 1323.28 manats. The indicator for membership fees collected in the previous period was 1045 manats.
Democratic Reforms Party (DİP)
No membership fees were paid to DİP during the reporting period. The situation was the same in 2024.
Civic Solidarity Party (VHP)
No membership fees were paid to VHP for the reporting period or the previous period.
White Party (AğP)
Last year, 21,500 manats in membership fees were paid to AğP. No membership fees were collected for the previous period.
Justice, Law, Democracy (ƏHD) Party
No membership fees were paid to ƏHD for either the reporting period or the previous period.
Great Establishment Party (BQP)
The amount of membership fees paid to the Great Establishment Party in 2025 totaled 200 manats. In 2024, 260 manats in membership fees were collected.
Azerbaijan Democratic Enlightenment Party (ADMP)
The total amount of membership fees paid to ADMP for the reporting period and the previous period was 140 manats.
National Revival Movement Party (MDHP)
No membership fees were paid to the National Revival Movement Party in either 2024 or 2025.
Azerbaijan People's Party (AXP)
The financial report submitted by the party to the CEC did not contain information on the collection of membership fees. The amount of donations given to the party during the reporting period was 2345 manats.
Classic Popular Front Party (KXCP)
The report submitted by the party indicated that membership fees collected in 2025 amounted to 10,431.0 manats. No membership fees were paid for the previous period.
Republican Alternative (REAL) Party
The document submitted by the party to the CEC indicated that membership fees collected for 2025 were 0.00 manats. In the previous period, the party collected a total of 12.00 manats in membership fees.
Free Homeland Party (Azad Vətən)
The amount of membership fees collected by the party during the reporting and previous periods was indicated as 0 manats. Instead, 15,300 manats were donated to the party during the reporting period. The amount of donations given to the party in the previous period was 3500 manats.
"Motherland" Party (AVP)
The document submitted by the party did not provide information on membership fees paid in 2025 and 2024.
Justice Party
The Justice Party also did not submit any amount regarding membership fees for 2025 and 2024. The document indicated that the party received 7905 manats in donations in 2025.
Great Azerbaijan Party (BAP)
However, the report submitted by the Great Azerbaijan Party (BAP) did not show any figures in either the membership fees or donations sections.
New Era Party (YZP)
No membership fees were paid to the party in either 2025 or 2024. However, in 2024, 200 manats were donated to the party.
Azerbaijan Hope Party (ÜMİD)
Azerbaijan National Independence Party (AMİP)
Although the Azerbaijan National Independence Party (AMİP) collected 2336 manats in membership fees in 2024, it was unable to collect membership fees in 2025.
Unity Party
No membership fees were paid to the Unity Party (VP) in 2024 and 2025.
National Front Party (MCP)
No membership fees were paid to the party for 2024 and 2025.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP), Modern Musavat Party, Hope Party, Future Azerbaijan Party, and Azerbaijan Popular Front Party submitted a Certificate of No Change regarding the use of existing balances in the Financial Status Report and the results of financial and economic activities. This means that the financial activity indicators for these parties were zero.
