"According to the law "On Political Parties", parties must submit their annual financial reports, along with an auditor's opinion, to the CEC no later than April 1st each year.
Parties have already submitted their reports to the CEC. The main financial sources of parties include membership fees, donations, and financial assistance allocated by the state.
Modern.az has investigated how much financial assistance was allocated to parties in 2025.
New Azerbaijan Party (YAP)
In 2025, the amount of state financial assistance provided to YAP was 3,004,615 manats. Compared to previous periods, the amount of financial assistance increased by 405,753 manats. Thus, in 2024, YAP received 2,598,862 manats in state aid.
Musavat Party
The report submitted by the party shows that in 2025, 40,586 manats in financial assistance was provided by the state. In 2024, the amount of state aid was 9,207 manats.
Justice and Equity Party (HƏP)
The amount provided to HƏP by the state was 2,090 manats.
Democratic Reforms Party (DİP)
In 2025, the amount of financial support provided by the state to DİP was 304,946 manats. In 2024, the party received 274,278 manats in financial support from the state.
Civic Solidarity Party (VHP)
In 2025, the state provided 379,185 manats in financial support to VHP. In 2024, the amount of financial support given to the party was 336,838 manats.
White Party (AğP)
The amount of financial support provided by the state to AğP last year was significantly lower compared to 2024. Specifically, while the party received 4,699 manats in financial assistance in 2024, this figure was 1,175 manats in 2025.
Justice, Law, Democracy (ƏHD) Party
State financial assistance provided to the ƏHD Party increased compared to 2024. Specifically, while the financial assistance from the state was 284,898 manats in 2024, this figure was 338,724 manats in 2025.
Great Establishment Party (BQP)
The Great Establishment Party received 304,946 manats in financial assistance in 2025. In 2024, the party's financial assistance from the state was 274,278 manats.
Azerbaijan Democratic Enlightenment Party (ADMP)
ADMP received 304,946 manats in financial assistance in 2025. In 2024, the party's financial assistance from the state was 274,278 manats.
National Revival Movement Party (MDHP)
The National Revival Movement Party received no financial assistance from the state in either 2024 or 2025.
Azerbaijan People's Party (AXP)
In the financial report submitted by the party to the CEC, the amount of assistance allocated by the state was only 850 manats. In 2024, this figure was 3,400 manats.
Classic Popular Front Party (KXCP)
In the report submitted by the party, the amount of financial assistance allocated by the state in 2025 was 50 manats. This is a fourfold decrease compared to 2024. Specifically, in 2024, the amount of financial assistance the party received from the state was 200 manats.
Republican Alternative (REAL) Party
In the document submitted by the party to the CEC, the amount of financial assistance allocated by the state in 2025 was indicated as 304,946 manats. In 2024, this figure was 274,278 manats.
Free Homeland Party (Azad Vətən)
The party received 7,000 manats in assistance from the state in 2025. In 2024, there was no assistance.
“Motherland” Party (AVP)
The party received 304,946 manats in state financial assistance in 2025, and 274,278 manats in 2024.
Justice Party
The Justice Party received 1,012 manats in assistance in 2025, and 3,495 manats in 2024.
Great Azerbaijan Party (BAP)
The amount of state financial support received by the Great Azerbaijan Party (BAP) from the state was 304,946 manats in 2025, and 274,278 manats in 2024.
New Era Party (YZP)
The party received 1,140 manats in state financial assistance in 2025, and 1,455 manats in 2024.
Azerbaijan National Independence Party (AMİP)
While the Azerbaijan National Independence Party (AMİP) received 304,946 manats in financial assistance in 2025, this figure was 65,804 manats in 2024.
Unity Party
The Unity Party (VP) received no state financial assistance in 2025. In 2024, the party received 195,660 manats in financial funds as assistance from the state.
National Front Party (MCP)
The party was allocated 274,278 manats in financial funds in 2024, and 304,946 manats in 2025.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP), Modern Musavat Party, Umid Party, Future Azerbaijan Party, and Azerbaijan Popular Front Party submitted a Certificate stating no change in the use of existing balances in the Report on Financial Status and no change in the Report on the Results of Financial and Economic Activities. This means that the financial activity indicators for these parties were zero.
