"For people to return to villages and cities, we must take serious steps in legislation, as well as in implementation. Firstly, concessional loans should be provided to them, and this documentation process should be significantly simplified so that people, especially in villages, can benefit from concessional loans, and as a result, this should support the creation of certain jobs, their transformation into entrepreneurs, and the serious development of medium-sized entrepreneurship there".
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Siyavuş Novruzov, Chairman of the Committee on Regional Issues, at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis.
The committee chairman also stated that mortgage loans will be issued in February, and already now, speculators and home sellers are increasing house prices.
“They know that people will buy houses with mortgage loans. Funds will be allocated for mortgages by the state. And here, I believe we must ensure that rural areas are prioritized so that more of these mortgages are provided in rural areas. Especially teachers working in villages should be provided with those concessions, they should use those mortgages to be provided with apartments.
He noted that there are too many exams in secondary schools.
"It can be said that children in school take exams 4 times a year. Each time, preparation for these exams is intense. It happens that lessons are set aside, and children prepare for exams. This issue has not yet been systematized. If a hearing were held on this matter in the Science and Education Committee, we would also participate. Children should also participate in sports classes and music classes",- he noted.
