The scope of persons who must participate in investigative processes related to minors is being expanded.

Modern.az reports that the issue was discussed at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis.

According to the project, psychologists will also participate during the interrogation, confrontation, and other processes involving children, along with teachers, doctors, translators, and the child's legal representative.
