The next destination for world travelers' visit to Karabakh and East Zangezur, led by Harri Mitsidis, founder and head of the “NomadMania” club, a British citizen of Greek origin, was Lachin city.
Modern.az reports that during the visit to Lachin, travelers will get acquainted with “Yurd Gallery”, as well as the “Gilabi Ceramics” center and handicrafts made by local residents. A city tour and an introduction to the conditions created here, as well as restoration and reconstruction works, are also planned within the framework of the visit.
Within the framework of the 2-day visit, the current delegation includes 79 people from 37 countries. This is the largest group of world travelers to have visited Karabakh and East Zangezur to date.
“NomadMania” divides the Earth into 1301 regions and establishes a ranking table. Mitsidis, having visited all 1301 regions and more, currently ranks 1st globally. “NomadMania” also held its annual meeting in Azerbaijan for the first time.
This visit is of exceptional importance for promoting the liberated territories within the framework of “black tourism” and for familiarization with the large-scale construction and restoration works being carried out.
Through the main traveler clubs of the world, visits of world travelers to Karabakh and East Zangezur have been organized 15 times between 2020-2025. This is the 16th visit by number.
