President Ilham Aliyev has amended the "Charter of the Academy of the State Customs Committee", which was approved by his decree dated July 8, 2013.
Modern.az reports that, in this regard, the head of state has signed a new decree.
According to the decree, henceforth, students who have completed bachelor's or master's degree programs in higher education and passed the final state attestation will be awarded a state document on education – a diploma, created in the form of an electronic document in the "Centralized Education Information System" in accordance with the law "On Education", along with a breast badge.
