The results of the competition for the recruitment of directors held last year have been announced.
According to information provided to Modern.az, during the interview stage, candidates' leadership and strategic management skills, pedagogical and methodological abilities, communication and decision-making capabilities, as well as digital and social competencies, were evaluated by relevant commissions.
Currently, the appointments of successful candidates in the competition to state general education institutions with vacant director positions are nearing completion. Based on preliminary results, approximately 100 candidates will be appointed to vacant positions at the end of the process.
In addition, a competition was launched for 76 state general education institutions with vacant director positions in October-November of last year. The application reception and processing, as well as examinations organized to test the professional knowledge of candidates who previously did not have evaluation results, have already been completed. The interview stage will begin next week. Candidates will be invited to the interview stage sequentially in accordance with the rules. Information regarding the date and venue of the interview will be sent to the candidates' personal pages. After the announcement of the interview results, candidates will be appointed to the respective vacant institutions they have chosen.
