By relevant orders of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education, Zulfiyya Huseynova has been appointed Deputy Director for Academic Affairs at Sumgayit Music College, and Turana Mammadova has been appointed Deputy Director for Educational Affairs at Gazakh State Social-Economic College.

According to the information, Zulfiyya Huseynova received her bachelor's, master's, and doctoral education at the Azerbaijan National Conservatory, specializing in “Musicology”. She worked as a teacher at Shusha Music College in various years, and held various positions at the Azerbaijan National Conservatory. Within the framework of her scientific and pedagogical activities, she participated in republican and international conferences, and several of her scientific articles have been published.
Turana Mammadova received her bachelor's degree in “History and Social Studies” and her master's degree in “Pedagogy and Methodology of Education”. She later continued her education at ADA University, specializing in “Organization and Methodology of Teaching and Instruction”. Prior to her latest appointment, she worked as a consultant at the Shamkir District Executive Power.
