Fidan Babayeva, an 11th-grade student of Shakarabad village secondary school in Babek district of Nakhchivan, which was subjected to an Iranian drone attack, made a post on social networks and spoke about Iran's attack against Azerbaijan.
Modern.az reports that the post quickly gained a wide audience.
The student from Nakhchivan appealed to all people opposing the deaths of children in North and South Azerbaijan, as well as worldwide, urging them not to remain silent about the crime committed by Iran.
“What have we – innocent people – done to you, why have we become your military target?” – the student asked. Her call, “Be my voice!” resonated widely.
“We unexpectedly and unknowingly ran out of the classrooms where we used to talk and laugh,” Fidan Babayeva said.
Azerbaijani NGOs and public activists have started disseminating this video on social networks and launched the “Be my voice!” – #BeMyVoice campaign to convey Azerbaijan's truths to the world.
