On March 15, a graduation exam will be held for the full (11-year) secondary education level.

On March 15, a graduation exam for the full (11-year) secondary education level will be held by the State Examination Center in Baku city's Garadagh, Binagadi, Khatai, Surakhani, Yasamal districts, Absheron (Part II), Sumgayit (Part II), Ganja (Part II), Mingachevir, Samukh, Goygol, Dashkasan, Gadabay, Gazakh, Tovuz, Sabirabad, Saatli, Imishli, Bilasuvar, Goychay, Shamakhi, Gobustan, Ismayilli, Agsu, Masally, Astara, Yardimli, Lerik, Agjabadi, Beylagan, Aghdam (including Khidirli, Kangarli village full secondary schools), Khojaly (City School No. 1 and Ballija village secondary schools), Khankendi (City School No. 4), Shusha (City School No. 1), Lachin (City Full Secondary School No. 2, Zabukh and Sus village full secondary schools), Kalbajar (City Full Secondary School No. 1), Gakh, Balakan, Zagatala, Guba, Khizi, and Gusar.

It was stated that on March 15, students in special schools in Baku city (boarding schools, schools located in correctional facilities), and those studying in schools where instruction is in Georgian, will also take the exam.

The exam starts at 11:00.

15 minutes before the start of the exam – at 10:45 – the admission regime ends. Participants arriving after this time will not be admitted to the exam building.

To ensure participants can enter the exam building comfortably, different arrival times have been set for the building, and this time is indicated on the exam participant's admission ticket. Therefore, it is necessary to arrive at the exam building at the time specified on the admission ticket.

Students must bring the following documents to the exam:

- Admission ticket to the exam;

- Original of the identity document:

a) Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including participants under 16 years of age) their identity card;

b) Foreigners and stateless persons their permits issued by the State Migration Service, while foreign citizens who have received refugee status and their family members their refugee cards;

- Participants whose identity cards do not have a photo, in addition to other documents, a certificate issued by the educational institution with their photograph attached (a 3x4cm photo of the participant is attached to the certificate and confirmed with a seal). Students can download the certificate, which must be issued by the educational institution for the graduation exam, from the SEC's website.

Exam participants can print and obtain their “Admission Ticket to the Exam” from the SEC's website via the internet starting from March 5.

It should be recalled that in the cities and districts where the exam is held, a total of 267 exam buildings and 4645 exam halls have been allocated. For the management of the exams, 267 general exam supervisors, 767 exam supervisors, 5776 invigilators, 807 admission regime employees (security), and 267 building representatives have been assigned.

In the exam to be held on March 15, the participation of 62033 students is expected.

67 students with disabilities (visually impaired, cerebral palsy, hearing impaired, and others) will also participate in the exam. To ensure these applicants can take the exam comfortably, special halls have been allocated in the exam buildings, and individual invigilators have been assigned to persons with visual impairments determined due to 81-100 percent impairment of bodily functions. Conditions have also been created for students with mobility impairments to enter and move within the building and hall. Furthermore, special training has been conducted with invigilators assigned for participants with disabilities.

Currently, training seminars are being held with invigilators, exam supervisors, and security personnel who will participate in the exams. All exam buildings have been inspected, and necessary conditions have been created in the exam halls for applicants to take the exam comfortably.

To ensure security, exam centers are also being re-inspected, and exam halls, entrance-exit doors, and buildings are sealed and placed under the protection of employees of the Main Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
