The State Examination Center has announced the final results of the admission examination (attempt I) held on February 15, 2026, for master's programs of higher education institutions.
Information on this was provided to Modern.az by the SEC.
It should be recalled that the results for closed and codable open-ended tasks (95 tasks) of the examination were announced on February 17. Currently, the final examination score, including the results of essay tasks for foreign language subjects, has been presented. Participants can score a total of 100 points, with 95 points for closed and codable tasks, and 5 points for essays.
Bachelors can familiarize themselves with the final examination score here. Information about the final results can also be obtained by sending the “work number” to 7727 via mobile operators (Azercell, Bakcell, Nar).
In the examination, one person scored 96 points, achieving the highest result among participants.
Bachelors whose results in the admission examination meet the competition conditions are admitted to specialization selection.
Specialization selection is regulated by the “Specialization Selection Schedule for Master's Level” (this schedule will be published in the next issue of “Magistr” journal).
To review appeals related to examination results, an appeal process via telephone communication will be organized by the SEC starting from March 17, 2026.
Those wishing to appeal to the Appeals Commission can register by filling out the electronic application that will be posted on the SEC's website from March 13 at 10:00 AM to March 15 at 5:00 PM. Those who do not register within the specified period will not be able to apply for an appeal later.
A discussion of up to 15 minutes can be held for one bachelor's application (appeal). The discussion process is stopped if the allotted time expires, if an unauthorized person joins the discussion, or if ethical conduct rules are violated.
As previously informed, only appeals related to the content of tasks and written work will be considered.
Since the information on the answer sheet is read by an optical device, answers recorded in a manner inconsistent with the instructions, including corrections that result in the answer being considered incorrect by the optical device (e.g., blackening two circles in a closed question, etc.), will not be reviewed.
We would like to inform bachelors that registration for participation in the second attempt of the master's admission examination will be conducted from April 1 to 14, 2026. The examination will be held on May 17.
