Türkiye - Azerbaijan University has announced 3 new vacancies.
Modern.az reports that Türkiye-Azerbaijan University (TAU) has announced vacancies for three positions in various fields – engineer (HSE), master electrician, and worker.
According to information provided by the University, an engineer specializing in HSE is sought to ensure a high level of organization of activities in the field of occupational safety, technical safety, and environmental protection. Candidates for this position are required to have a higher education in the relevant field, at least 3 years of work experience, as well as knowledge and certificates in standards such as ISO 45001 and 14001. At the same time, risk management skills, analytical thinking, responsibility, and the ability to work in a team are among the important conditions.
The person appointed to the engineer position must monitor occupational safety and technical safety rules, conduct risk assessments, provide safety training, investigate accidents and incidents, ensure compliance with environmental regulatory requirements, and carry out relevant documentation.
In addition, the university has announced a vacancy for a master electrician in the technical services department. Candidates for this position are required to have vocational or secondary specialized education in electrical or repair-construction fields, at least 2-3 years of work experience, the ability to read electrical diagrams, and knowledge of safety rules. Possession of a 4th or 5th-grade electrician's certificate is considered an advantage.
The master electrician must ensure the continuous operation of electrical equipment at the university, promptly eliminate malfunctions, participate in repair and construction works, monitor compliance with safety rules, and carry out preventive technical inspections.
The other vacancy is for a worker position. Preference for this position is given to individuals who are physically healthy, disciplined, responsible, and capable of working in a team. Experience in a similar field is desirable.
Individuals appointed to the worker position must perform daily technical and physical tasks on the university premises, support the maintenance of cleanliness and order, carry out the transportation and placement of loads, and also execute other tasks assigned by the management.
The work schedule for all three positions is a 5-day work week, with working hours from 09:00 to 18:00. The salary amount will be determined based on an interview.
