A trial examination will be held for candidates wishing to be admitted to residency, covering the first stage of the admission examination (assessment of knowledge in basic subjects).

Those wishing to participate in the trial examination can register for the examination by registering on DIM's website from April 1 at 15:00 until April 9 at 12:00.
The trial examination will be held on April 19, 2026, in electronic format in Baku at DIM's electronic examination building (Binagadi district, S.S. Akhundov street, 50) and in Nakhchivan city (Nakhchivan city, Secondary School No. 4 (3rd floor)), and will start at 16:00.
2 hours and 30 minutes are allocated for answering the questions.
"The fee for participating in the trial examination is 40 (forty) AZN. Candidates wishing to participate in the examination must create their “Personal Account” on DIM's website (for those who do not have a personal account). When an account is created, its money account is also opened. To deposit the amount intended for payment into the account in the “Personal Account”, various payment methods can be used (detailed information is provided on the payment.dim.gov.az website)", - it was noted in the information.
