The State Examination Center (SEC) will conduct a trial examination on May 10, in accordance with the admission examination model for specialty groups I, II, III, and IV. This is the only trial examination to be conducted by the SEC for the second stage of admission examinations to higher education institutions.
It was reported to Modern.az from the SEC that the content and organizational form of the examination are fully consistent with the model of admission examinations. The State Examination Center does not bear responsibility for the content and organization of trial examinations conducted by other private institutions and recommends applicants to participate only in the official trial examination of the Center.
Registration for the trial examination will be open until April 22, 23:59. To register, a “Personal Account” must be created on the ekabinet.dim.gov.az link (for those who do not have a personal account). The amount intended for participation in the examination (40 AZN) is uploaded to the “Account” section of the “Personal Account”. Various payment methods can be used to add the required amount of funds to the account.
Afterwards, it is necessary to log in to the system using the username and password of the “Personal Account” via the registration link placed on the SEC's website and click the “Register for the exam here” button. On the opened page, the examination location is selected. Then, the section and specialty group for which you will take the exam are selected, and the “Register” button is pressed.
Those wishing to take the examination for specialty group I must choose one of the RK or RI subgroups, and those wishing to take the examination for specialty group III must choose one of the DT or TC subgroups. Selecting both subgroups is not permitted in the trial examination. Those who choose the RK subgroup for Group I take exams in mathematics, physics, chemistry; those who choose the RI subgroup take exams in mathematics, physics, informatics; those who choose the DT subgroup for Group III take exams in Azerbaijani (Russian) language, history, and literature; and those who choose the TC subgroup take exams in Azerbaijani (Russian) language, history, and geography.
The duration of the examination is 3 hours. Answers to open-ended tasks requiring written responses are recorded in the designated places on the “answer sheet,” while answers to other tasks are marked on the “answer card.” At the end of the examination, the answer sheets and answer cards are collected from the applicants.
The trial examination will be organized in the cities of Baku, Sumgayit, Nakhchivan, Ganja, Shamkir, Sheki, Barda, Goychay, Shirvan, Khachmaz, and Lankaran.
Information about the examination venue (building) will be noted on the admission ticket, which will be posted on the Center's website one week before the examination.
The test tasks will cover the part of the curricula valid in general education institutions for the 11th grade up to the end of April 2026.
