Within the framework of preparation for the electronic registration process for the first grade in capital schools, the response to citizen appeals regarding the clarification of addresses by micro-districts has been extended until April 15.
Information on this was provided to Modern.az by the Baku City Education Department.
It was noted that, regarding the electronic registration process for the first grade for the 2026-2027 academic year, the addresses of schools by micro-district have been disclosed to citizens:
"Micro-districts have been determined in accordance with the dislocation provided by the relevant executive authorities.
Citizens must enter the relevant link and clarify that their permanent registration address (in newly constructed buildings, the address of homes where the subscriber code of “Azerishig” OJSC is registered in their name) is within the dislocation. Parents whose permanent registration address (in newly constructed buildings, the address of homes where the subscriber code of “Azerishig” OJSC is registered in their name) is not within the dislocation can fill out the relevant form, and submit their suggestions and feedback by approaching the education services section of “ASAN xidmət” centers No. 5, 6, and 7 by April 15, or by sending them to the email address [email protected].
Citizens with additional questions are advised to call the Call Center (146-1) of the Baku City Education Department.
Parents whose permanent registration address is not within the dislocation, parents whose permanent registration address is incorrectly recorded in the dislocation, as well as parents who, even if their permanent registration address and the corresponding school are determined in the dislocation, prefer another school choice by citing objective reasons, can apply to “ASAN xidmət” centers No. 5, 6, and 7."
