On April 12, a graduation exam will be held for the general (9-year) secondary education level.

It was stated that the exam will be held in the Sabunçu (Part I), Xəzər (Part I), Yasamal, Binəqədi districts of Baku city, in Sumqayıt (Part I), Gəncə (Part II), Mingəçevir cities, in Abşeron (Part I), Daşkəsən, Şəmkir (Part II), Qazax, Qəbələ, Oğuz, Lənkəran (Part II), Cəlilabad (Part I), Masallı (Part I), Beyləqan, Füzuli, Füzuli (M. Uluqbəy adına 1 nömrəli 12 aprel tam orta məktəb), Zəngilan (Ağalı kənd tam orta məktəbi), Cəbrayıl (M. Mehdizadə adına tam orta məktəb), Ağdaş, Ağsu, Qobustan, Sabirabad (Part I), Neftçala, Şirvan, Xaçmaz (Part I), Quba (Part I) districts, as well as for students of general education institutions where instruction is conducted in English.

The admission regime ends 15 minutes before the start of the exam – at 10:45. Participants arriving after this time will not be admitted to the exam building.
To ensure participants can comfortably enter the exam building, different arrival times have been set for the building, and these times are indicated on the participant's admission ticket. Therefore, it is recommended to arrive at the exam building at the time specified on the admission ticket.
It is forbidden to bring or use mobile phones, smartwatches and other communication devices, calculators and other electronic devices, notes, dictionaries, tables, bags, information booklets, external storage devices, and other auxiliary tools into the exam building or hall.
Students must bring the following documents to the exam:
- Admission ticket for the exam;
- Original of the identity document:
a) Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including participants under 16 years of age) must present their identity card;
b) Foreigners and stateless persons must present their permits issued by the State Migration Service, while foreign citizens with refugee status and their family members must present their refugee certificates;
- Participants whose identity cards do not contain a photo must also present, along with other documents, a certificate issued by the educational institution with their photograph affixed (a 3x4cm photograph of the participant is affixed to the certificate and confirmed with a seal).
Students whose identity document does not contain a photo can download the certificate to be issued by the educational institution for the graduation exam from the certificate from DIM's website .
Students participating in the exam can print and obtain their “Admission Ticket for the Exam” from the DIM website via the internet starting from April 1.
A total of 216 exam buildings and 3837 exam halls have been allocated in the cities and districts where the exam will be held. For the management of the exams, 627 exam supervisors and general supervisors, 4800 invigilators, 701 admission regime employees (security), and 216 building representatives have been assigned.
The participation of 52687 students is expected in the exam.
34 students with disabilities (visually impaired, cerebral palsy, hearing impaired, and others) will also participate in the exam. Special halls have been allocated in the exam buildings to ensure they can take the exam comfortably, and individual invigilators have been assigned to persons with visual impairments determined to have 81-100 percent impairment of bodily functions. Conditions have also been created for students with mobility impairments to enter and move within the building and hall. Furthermore, special training has been conducted with the invigilators assigned to participants with disabilities.
Currently, online training seminars are being conducted with the invigilators, exam supervisors, and security personnel who will participate in the exams. All exam buildings have been inspected, and the necessary conditions have been created in the exam halls for students to take the exam comfortably.
One day before the exam, a re-inspection of the exam centers is also carried out to ensure security, and the exam halls, entrance-exit doors, and buildings are sealed and placed under the protection of employees of the Main Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs", - the information stated.
