It was reported that, by the relevant order of EATDA, Gunel Mustafayeva has been appointed Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of Shaki State Regional College, and Khayal Poladov has been appointed Deputy Director for Educational Affairs of Ganja Regional College.
Gunel Mustafayeva received her higher education in "History" at the Shaki branch of the Azerbaijan Teachers' Institute. She began her professional career in 2007 as a history teacher at Ashagi Goynuk village full secondary general education school in Shaki district and continued her activity until 2020. From 2020 until her latest appointment, she worked as a director at the same institution.
G. Mustafayeva participated in various professional development programs and projects, and successfully completed ADA University's "A Teacher's Manifesto" education program and the "Innovative School Directors" project.
Khayal Poladov received his higher education in "Geography Teaching" at Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University.
He began his professional career in 2006 as a geography teacher at the X. Jafarov Full Secondary School in Tovuz district, and continued his activity at the R. Aliyev Full Secondary School in Tovuz district from 2009 to 2022. From 2022 until his latest appointment, he worked as a director at the Yanigli village full secondary general education school in Tovuz district.
