The process of student admission to educational institutions and the processing of applications for education student loans in Azerbaijan is being digitalized.
Modern.az reports that the integration of the electronic student admission service for educational institutions with the Electronic Government Information System (EHİS) is planned to be ensured by June 20, 2026.
Within this framework, the existing workflow of the service will be presented by June 30. Subsequently, a new workflow is intended to be prepared and agreed upon by July 18, taking into account improvements.
The service is planned to be launched via the mygov platform by July 1.
At the same time, work is underway to digitalize applications for education student loans. The integration of this service into EHİS is intended to be ensured by May 1, 2026.
Within the project framework, the existing workflow is also planned to be presented on May 1, while the improved new workflow will be agreed upon by June 6.
Work on both services is carried out by the Ministry of Science and Education and the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport. ("Report")
