The investigation into the crash of a C-130 military transport aircraft near the border with Azerbaijan in Georgia in November continues in Turkey.

Modern.az reports that this was stated by Turkey's Minister of National Defense, Yaşar Gülər.

According to him, TUSAŞ continues its work on investigating the black box of the crashed aircraft.

The minister emphasized that C-130 aircraft are considered one of the safest aircraft in the world and are operated in approximately 70 countries.

Y. Gülər noted that after the aircraft crash, all C-130 aircraft in the inventory of the Turkish National Air Force were sent for inspection. "The operation of these aircraft will continue after the inspection is completed," the minister added.

"We will announce the results of the investigation to the public in a completely transparent manner," Y. Gülər said.
