Modern.az reports, citing foreign media, that the discussions took place three years before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The correspondence was addressed to American billionaire Bill Gates and later sent to Epstein. The author of the letter informed Gates that they had prepared a list of tasks and analytical materials to be carried out as part of their joint work with colleagues.
In the proposed list of work, special attention is paid to "improving recommendations and technical specifications for pandemic modeling of various strains." This term is used in the context of projects related to healthcare, medical data protection, and the analysis of healthcare costs for the US population.
