The number of fatalities has reached 25, and more than 70 people have been injured as a result of the missile and drone attack carried out by the Russian armed forces on the Ukrainian city of Ternopil early in the morning.
Modern.az reports that the Ternopil City Council has declared a period of mourning from November 19 to 21 in connection with the tragedy.
Among the deceased, 3 were children, and among the injured, 15 were children. Additionally, more than 150 people have received assistance.
