On November 21, 2025, a group consisting of representatives of Armenian civil society visited the capital of Azerbaijan.

Modern.az reports that the names of the Armenian civil society representatives who arrived in Baku have been revealed. 

They are Boris Navasardyan, honorary president of the Yerevan Press Club, political scientists Areg Kochinyan, Narek Minasyan, Samvel Meliksetyan, and human rights defender Naira Sultanyan.
