Armenia has sent humanitarian aid to Iran.
Modern.az reports that Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated this during the presentation of the report on the progress and results of the implementation of the Government's program for 2021-2026 for 2025 at the meeting of the Parliament's Standing Committee on Foreign Relations.
"I want to inform you that Armenia has already sent humanitarian aid to the Islamic Republic of Iran. This was mainly medical supplies. And it could not have been otherwise," the Armenian Foreign Minister said in response to a question from an opposition MP.
In response to the MP's question about why the Armenian authorities decided not to disclose this, Mirzoyan simply stated that they did not see the need.
