The Armenia-Turkey dialogue is mature enough for the establishment of diplomatic relations and the full opening of borders between the two countries.
Modern.az reports that Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan spoke about this at the meeting of the Parliament's Foreign Relations Committee.
"The Turkey-Armenia dialogue has reached the necessary level for the ongoing processes to lead to a full outcome, namely the establishment of diplomatic relations and the full opening of borders between the two countries. This is not debatable, and we convey this to our Turkish counterparts," the Armenian Foreign Minister stated.
