Armenia is entering a new stage of economic development.
Modern.az reports, citing "Armenpress", that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this today at a meeting with entrepreneurs.
He stated that this is related to the peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
According to Pashinyan, they expect important events in the near future, and this is mainly related to the launch of the TRIPP project. He emphasized that TRIPP is important in terms of completely removing Armenia from the blockade.
"In fact, today Armenia is already considered to have overcome the blockade. Because, as you know, cargo transportation by rail from Azerbaijan to Armenia is possible and is being carried out. At the same time, export is, of course, possible by rail through the territory of Georgia. The railway with Azerbaijan will initially be opened within the framework of the TRIPP project. This is very important, and the political agreement is that this railway will never be closed. That is, it is a reliable route for both import and export," Pashinyan added.
