Within the framework of administrative control measures, proposals were submitted to municipalities or lawsuits were filed with courts by the Ministry with the aim of annulling municipal acts regarding the illegal allocation of a total of 3,142 hectares of land.
According to Modern.az, this was stated during the annual report of the p exercising administrative control over the activities of municipalities at today's meeting of the Regional Affairs Committee of the Milli Majlis.
As a result, illegal decisions regarding the lease of 3,121 hectares of land and the transfer of 21 hectares of land into ownership were annulled.
During 2025, legal measures against the illegal allocation, seizure, and other violations concerning pasture areas to individuals were continued, as a result, illegal municipal acts related to 2,057 hectares of pasture land were annulled or amended based on the proposals of the administrative control p or lawsuits filed with courts.
