Kyrgyzstan's construction of a school in Khidirli was not just a humanitarian initiative. This project was Bishkek's practical contribution to the restoration and reconstruction process in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.

If in previous years the name of Azerbaijan was represented by parks and educational institutions in Bishkek, in Issyk-Kul "Baku" was already the name of a large investment and tourism project.
The implementation of the project on the shore of Issyk-Kul, one of Kyrgyzstan's main tourist centers, was also of particular importance. Thus, the name "Baku" became a concrete example of economic and investment cooperation in one of the country's most famous tourist regions.
This stage showed that Azerbaijan-Kyrgyzstan relations are gaining new content not only through political and humanitarian ties but also through economic cooperation and mutual investments.
