Footage reportedly showing the moment of detention of Azerbaijani soldier Nasimi Musayev, who was detained in Armenia, has been released.
Modern.az reports that the footage was reported by the “Joghovurd” newspaper.
According to the publication, Musayev was discovered in a barn belonging to one of the residents in the village of Shaki and was removed and detained from there.
The newspaper also claims that Musayev stated in his testimony that he had no intention of harming anyone when he entered the local family's house. This information is based on the testimony the publication claims to have obtained.
It should be recalled that the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan previously announced that Nasimi Musayev was in Armenia and was detained by the relevant authorities of that country. The institution stated that contacts with the relevant structures of the other side are continuing to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
