US President Donald Trump said that Washington is not negotiating with Tehran.
Modern.az reports that Trump said this in a statement to journalists.
“One way or another, something will happen very soon. Most people think it will happen after the elections. Let's see what happens,” the US President noted.
Previously, “The New York Times” newspaper claimed that the US and Israel had prepared a plan to resume strikes on Iran after the midterm elections.
According to the publication, the plan envisages a short-term and powerful military operation. Potential targets include Iran's energy infrastructure, nuclear facilities, missile and drone arsenal.
