The people of Azerbaijan are wise enough to protect their religious beliefs and resolve emerging issues by taking national interests into account.
Modern.az reports that this was stated by Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Baghayi while commenting on discussions about school uniforms in Azerbaijan.
He emphasized that the existing fraternal, friendly, and good-neighborly relations between Tehran and Baku allow for the resolution of such issues based on mutual understanding, respect for religious values, and citizens' rights.
