The watch of Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenka has attracted the attention of foreign media.
Modern.az reports that some images show him wearing an expensive Swiss watch, which presents a different picture.
According to "Telegraph", in some photos of Lukashenka, it is possible to see an expensive Swiss watch on his right arm. It is the Patek Philippe Calatrava 5120J model with an 18-carat yellow gold case.
The watch is quite simple in appearance. Roman numerals are displayed on the dial, there is no second hand, and the strap is made of crocodile leather.
However, the price of the accessory is not so simple.
Patek Philippe is one of Switzerland's most famous luxury watch brands. The Calatrava 5120J model is currently considered a collector's watch, and its market price can be approximately 20,000 euros.
But why does Lukashenka wear the watch on his right arm?
According to the president, when he was a child and went to music school, the watch on his left arm interfered with him while playing the bayan.
For this reason, he started wearing the watch on his right arm, and this habit remained with him later.
