The mayor of the Ukrainian capital Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, has advised residents to temporarily leave the city before winter.
Modern.az reports that Klitschko stated that serious problems with heating and other utility services could arise in winter due to Russia's attacks on energy infrastructure.
The mayor urged residents who have the opportunity to stay outside the city to find alternative accommodation. He also noted that Kyiv is preparing for a possible crisis situation.
