Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi warned the US against a possible new attack on his country. He stated that such a step could lead to retaliatory strikes from Tehran.

Modern.az reports that Araqchi wrote about this on his account on the social network “X”.

Previously, US President Donald Trump announced that he would soon decide on further steps regarding Iran.

“The last time you wanted to “finish the job”, Iran became even stronger. Do you want to try your luck again? Go ahead. But be careful, we also have unfinished business,” Araqchi noted.

According to the Iranian minister, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is dragging the US into another war in order to avoid imprisonment, regardless of the consequences for Israel.

It should be noted that the US and Israel began striking targets in Iran on February 28. Tehran responded with retaliatory strikes. Currently, the conflict has not been settled.

As a result of the tension, shipping through the Strait of Hormuz has almost stopped. This strait is one of the main routes for the supply of oil, petroleum products and liquefied natural gas to the world market. Against the background of the conflict, fuel prices have increased in most countries of the world.
